Other Material Terms and Conditions of the Job Offer:
The Employer will offer Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The employee will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance duties at various worksite locations within Saipan, CNMI, which may include, but are not limited to, commercial establishments, residential properties, schools, hospitals, government agencies, and other companies requiring cleaning services. Specific duties include: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors (carpet, tile, wood, etc.), and clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Dust and wipe surfaces (desks, counters, shelves), clean and disinfect restrooms, and replenish supplies. Empty trash bins, remove stains/spills, and polish floors. Shampoo, steam clean, or vacuum carpets and upholstery. Maintain common areas, clean blinds, curtains, and high/low surfaces using ladders or special equipment. Track and maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and order when needed. Operate industrial cleaning machines (scrubbers, vacuums, polishers). Clean outdoor areas, such as parking lots, walkways, and benches. Follow safety guidelines, use PPE (gloves, goggles, masks), and report hazardous conditions. Perform minor repairs (e.g., light bulbs, door handles) and clean HVAC filters/vents. Respond to emergency cleaning situations, clean up after events, and interact with clients or staff when needed. Inform supervisors of maintenance issues and maintain cleaning logs. Employees must follow the employer's cleaning schedules and work at various locations across Saipan as assigned. Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided, but employees must have their own transportation to travel between worksites.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 6 hours/day (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with possible night shifts).
